News: Fisher told he needs to pull up his socks!
After a fairly solid start to the season Team Whites Brian Fisher has gone fridgid. "It's very frustrating for me right now. I get tons of chances in the slot and either put it into the goalies jersey or miss the net completely. I miss the net on a F@@@ing breakaway! How the hell do you do that! News: 2009 PAHL Winter season starts tomorrow
It's finally here. After the long summer months the PAHL is set to resume tm night. There will be quite a few new faces on each team for the winter. SO far through the pre season each team seems set and ready to go. But both teams will be short their goalies to start the season. Derek Leblanc and John Snair have both been out with injuries. Ron Fagan and Todd Steeves will be suiting up for both games.

News: To ALL PAHL players
I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for your patience and effort this summer. The season went off without too many glitches. I appreciate the feedback that you have given me and look forward to being able to implement some of the ideas for next season.

Randy Gould was huge in the final of the PAHL. Made some really big saves in the first 20 mins and helped get the Bulls back in charge. Congrats to Randy and the Bulls
